But wait! If you have a full-time concierge, you can still use my services while you’re waiting for your building to get on board. I’ll designate your building as ‘On Demand’, which means that I’ll serve you (and perhaps a few of your neighbours) exclusively. For more on how this works, please see the FAQ.

How it Works

With my help, it’s never been easier to tick chores off your list. Just sign up, then follow these three easy steps.

  • Load a Locker

    First, place your items into any Alfred locker. Keep them safe by entering any 4-digit code into the keypad, then turning the knob to lock it.

    If you find yourself staring blankly at the locker, confused as to why you’re even there, good news:
    I’ve hung a handy instructional guide in every locker that takes you through the process step-by-step.

  • Place Order

    For your first order, use the Alfred app, or text me at 647-560-0900 with the service you require and the locker number. Like this, for example: ‘Dry cleaning 1028’. After the first time, there’s no need to summon me, as my team of butlers check the lockers daily.

    I will expertly take care of everything from there. But if you’re feeling a little separation anxiety, I can send you photo updates during the process.

    For your first order, use the Alfred app, or text me at 647-560-0900 with the service you require and the locker number. Like this, for example: ‘Dry cleaning 1028’.

  • Pick Up

    Typically, I will return your items within 48 hours (unless a task requires a little extra love). Attached will be your unique ID tag, which lets me know what items are yours for future orders. If I did your dry-cleaning, you’ll also receive an Alfred garment bag, which is for you to keep and reuse.

    I will then text you to let you know what locker your package is in, its four-digit access code, and your final bill. But don’t expect any of that distasteful text-speak. I do not LOL.

    When you receive that text or email, you can pick up your clothing from the locker anytime. Bonus: you’ll still feel the satisfaction of accomplishment despite the little effort you put in!

When it comes to cleaning, I defer to your desires. That’s why I allow you to set your dry-cleaning preferences.

Just log into your Alfred account and choose the ‘Notes’ section. There, you can make special requests, like pointing out a stubborn stain or a button that’s barely hanging on.

Concierge Service

No lockers, no problem.

Not every building I serve will have my lockers. But that doesn’t mean you can drop your clothing in a random nook and hope for the best.

In locations without lockers, simply leave your garments with, and pick them up from, your concierge. As for the rest of the process? Just follow the instructions above, disregarding the locker parts.
