Typically, I will return your items within 48 hours (unless a task requires a little extra love). Attached will be your unique ID tag, which lets me know what items are yours for future orders. If I did your dry-cleaning, you’ll also receive an Alfred garment bag, which is for you to keep and reuse.
I will then text you to let you know what locker your package is in, its four-digit access code, and your final bill. But don’t expect any of that distasteful text-speak. I do not LOL.
When you receive that text or email, you can pick up your clothing from the locker anytime. Bonus: you’ll still feel the satisfaction of accomplishment despite the little effort you put in!

Not every building I serve will have my lockers. But that doesn’t mean you can drop your clothing in a random nook and hope for the best.
In locations without lockers, simply leave your garments with, and pick them up from, your concierge. As for the rest of the process? Just follow the instructions above, disregarding the locker parts.
